Refund policy

Refunds are eligible within 30 days from the date of order.

A 10% handling fee will be charged for items returned after 10 days from the date of order.

Please inspect your order as soon as it is received and contact us immediately at richmondbrakeandclutch@hotmail.com or +61 3 9501 9996 if the item(s) are defective, damaged or if they are incorrect from what you ordered.

If items have been fitted to vehicle and are incorrect a refund cannot be issued.

If we confirm that you are eligible for a refund, we will instruct you to ship your item(s) back to us. Shipping your item(s) back will be your cost and your responsibility. 

As soon as we have received your returned item(s), we will inspect them and confirm if they are approved or disapproved for a refund.

If we confirm that your item(s) are approved for a refund, we will provide you with a credit note and we will automatically refund the approved amount by your original payment method.
